Kvasac odnosno starter sam napravio, tako sto sam pomesao 75 g brasna i 75 g vode i narendao malo jabuke kako bi fermentacija pre krenula.
Takvom starteru je potrebno okvirno jedno 14 dana kako bi poceli sa pravljenjem vaseh hleba.
Starter morate hraniti svaki dan (o ovome mozemo posebno u jednom postu samo kako se pravi i odrzava starter odnosno kvasac)..

Recept za hleb:

350g belog brasna
90g integralnog,speltinog ili razenog brasna
350g vode
90 g kvasca|startera
9 g soli

Korak 1:

U posudu pomesate brasno,mlaku vodu i starter|kvasac.Masu mesite dok ne bude glatka,zatim poslolite. Ostavite da odstoji naredna dva sata.

Korak 2:

Zatim hleb premesite i ostavite da odstoji jos jedno sat vremena.

Korak 3:

Zatim hleb oblikujete i stavljate ga u korpu u kojoj je krpa i koju ste pobrasnjavili sa brasnom kako vam se testo ne bi zalepilo.
Testo je generalno mekse posto ima veci procenat vode.
Testo mora da stoji u korpi minimum 4 sata kako bi lepo raslo.
Setimo se da su kucni uslovi u pitanju i da nismo profesionalci sa profi rernama  Very Happy Very Happy.

Korak 4:

Zatim pecnicu pojacamo na najvecu temperaturu kako bi se dobro zagrejala i hleb pecemo na 230 C.
Hleb izvadimo iz korpe i zasecemo nozem ostrim ili ziletom po sredini.
Hleb se pece nekih 45 min.

Vrlo vazno:
posuda u kojoj pecete hleb, mora da ima poklopac  Embarassed Embarassed
Ja cu staviti hleb na papir za pecenje i onda u serpu sa poklopcem.
Znaci nekih pola sata pecemo hleb poklopljen, a zatim sklonimo poklopac i pecemo jos nekih 10 do 15 min.

Sam proces traje jako dugo tako da u nekim momentina i zaboravite da ste mesili hleb  morning morning morning Laughing Laughing
